CEO/Owner

Ronn Hale, II relocated his family to the west valley of Phoenix from Cleveland, Ohio in 2002 to Avondale, Arizona. Ronn has become a sought after conference speaker, counselor, and seminar host bringing words of encouragement and motivation nationally and internationally. He is a advocate for others and forges the establishment of outreach services and events including but not limited to, the Good Samaritan House (a recovery program for men struggling with addictions), clothing and furniture giveaways, community street witnessing, and  an inspiring message center on A.M. radio.

His entrepreneurial experience is additionally extensive and includes the publishing of a nationally and internationally recognized magazine, Finished Looks: Hair and Fashion Magazine as well as an owner of a full-service beauty salon with the same name. Ronn is the current owner of a Quantitive Conveyance company, R&M Quality Wholesaler Dealer, and R&H Quality Automotive Dealer (for public sales).
